The George Ballroom

The sophisticated space, with its soaring windows and ceilings, 19th century architectural elements and modern finery, suits gathering on both intimate and grand scales.
A small powder room and well-stocked refrigerator (champagne, anyone?) round out the amenities in this very special suite, which accommodates 20 guests and offers a respite from the festivities.
The Celebration Suite is complimentary with The George booking. May also be used pre- and post-event for dress fittings, wedding showers and gift openings.

The Madcap Lounge is available as a complement to The George or on its own and can accommodate parties of up to 175. Space within the lounge may be partitioned to create the desired atmosphere.
Also perfect for corporate meetings and post-meeting dinner parties, rehearsal dinners and other special celebrations, Madcap Lounge offers many opportunities to entertain.

Drawing inspiration from a London club, the Madcap Lounge is a walk-down within the National Block building and just one floor removed from The George.
Thoughtfully designed to offer guests a thoroughly unique and intimate experience, the space is made up of multiple vignettes.
Imagine sipping bourbon in the library, indulging in healthy conversation over a game of billiards or sampling signature cocktails at the bar. Additionally, the space is curated with vintage and contemporary works by Wisconsin artists.
